Rand, have you asked Maxam to supply answers to any of your questions ?
I went thru your posts of this week since the news release and you have
given your option to every part of the release. With you understanding
of the dirt principles you should be able to create an e-mail letter to
the Maxam Company expressing your concerns as a shareholder. I am sure
that if you mentioned in you letter to Maxam that this is an open letter
posted on the MXAM Thread on SI, and that many shareholders, including
ones that only read the SI thread will be expecting a reply.

If you would rather see a successful Maxam story than a dumping of your
mxam shares, then this letter could be used by Maxam to help explain
whats happening. If you do write this letter, I hope it will be to
offer your concerns and not to criticize. If this letter could be
sent and received in a spirt of to benifit company and shareholders,
then this could be a means of communication between this thread and
the Maxam Company. The amount and complexity of issues would make it
near impossible to engage in a single telephone call. This e-mail
method gives both sides extra time and resources for execution.
The Maxam company should have an e-mail address on it web page.
