correction- Company A builds a pilot scale test plant in New Mexico. The pilot plant works perfect. Then they attempt to build a full scale production facility for $100 million, their whole wad, and they run out of money. The plant was more expensive than they projected. They are unable to obtain more financing to complete the plant (work the bugs out of the system).
Question: Does this mean Company A's technology doesn't work or that they need to locate more money to make the adjustments to the system to see if the technology works?

Professor,

If Idiot A tells Idiot B how simple things are, but, in order to make the example simple, Idiot A invents statements like:

>>>... they (Company B) have budgeted for a series of design upgrades. They haven't made any wild promises as to a production start-up date...<<<

and...

>>> They have a plan for putting in a pipeline...but...they don't have to if things look bad<<<

Should Idiot B ask Idiot A from where did such conclusions spring?

Idiot A should stick to facts and not embellish facts with nonsense in order to fit his little word problems.

What 'grade' do you teach?

regards,
