I agree with you sandman. and for everyone else....

I hold no anger toward LionHeart. He did not twist my arm to Buy this stock. I did buy it through his recommendation on Penny-Picks, but he is not the first person who gave me a pick that went downhill. I probably will not trust his future picks. I have had a good laugh reading this thread the past few weeks. The money I lost makes up for the cover charge I would have paid going to a comedy club every night.

The contracts very likely had a clause on "stock performance". Also we don't know how the land was transferred. A Land contract, for example, can forfeit in 30 days, based on non payment, in many jurisdictions. Only an idiot would sell land based on the transfer of a possibly worthless penny stock, with out a clause to fall back on.

Thats most likely what happened here.
