Daniel- I like your analysis...everything up to class action...Don't know about 30 in 4-5 days but ought to be higher than today.... I think Arthur Anderson ought to count for something.....No way they would take part in that teleconference if there was even the hint of impropriety...This looks like pure and simple lying greed from someone in a tough short position... I can understand management's position...nobody wants to be put in a position of having to defend themselves...particularly if they have done nothing wrong....I do suspect, however, that if they find out who the low life is that spread the rumor, they will prosecute....
