chubais is warning of trying to avoid "alternative political regimes".. don't get faked out.. .he can't bait the west on that one... besides, the top russian commie hasn't really made much of a peep other than the usual request for boris to step down rhetoric..

on your vip, watch ros... they usually confirm each other's movements... ex.. ros moved up when the broad mrkt stabilized, but vip took a hit.. so I know that ros hasn't bottomed out..
