The Canadian dollar.

A lower dollar is not the problem, the idea that the dollar may go lower has served in the last 6 months to lower total return expectations on any canadian investment. At the current exchange rate
one would expect the $ at or near bottom. So if you take this logic further canadian investment are trading at a $ discount and if we see a slight increase in the value of the $ look for more foreign participation in our markets.
