Lots of stock has been moving. Does anybody have any ideas why the share price is not moving up?

>>if let's say the swiss patent office called tcbg yesterday, would that answer your question?<<

I notice you were careful to phrase this as a conjecture, not a statement. You want to create the impression that Nestle is interested in TCBG, of course. But why would the Swiss patent office call TCBG? The Swiss patent office issues Swiss patents, does not act on behalf of public companies. If Nestle wanted to check the validity of TCBG's patent, their own in-house patent and trademark lawyers or their outside counsel would be making this call.

The whole Juicy Juice thing still looks flakey.

AC Flyer, asking the tough questions, getting no answers from TCBG advocates.
