There's a lot of money in the options arena that says no. Dell will stay below 120 today and some MM's may try to get it down below the 115 level but I doubt that will happen.

Dell will continue to decline for the rest of the month and the beginning of next month, regardless of split announcement. It will probably stay above 100, but Sept call holders are going to lose a lot of value in the meantime. Best time to buy Sept calls is at the beginning of the month, and, in spite of the split, there may be some weakness the week of Labor Day, so this may be a good time to buy more calls if that happens.

To All .........Will DELL recover by this afternoon close??? Still holding Aug120 calls.

Dell may recover somewhat before close, but probably won't rise above 120. Call holders are exercising their options and immediately selling on the open market so that they don't have to fork over the cash. This depresses stock prices. If I were you, I would sell now, simply because the time premium is declining by the minute. You could take a chance and wait for it to rise, but if it doesn't, then you'll lose your entire investment.
