I will assume that you already know it is and want me justify why I said it. To say that a 24 million cash position is anything less than bullish would be a clear case of duh!!!

This is at least 2.4 times the historical high over the last three years and as much as 16 times more than June/95. it represents 30% of book value and 25% of annual sales.

Brent,

PRST is beginning to show signs of bottoming out! Look at the action of PRST today! Low 10 3/8. Market makers did not do 9 3/4 or some crap like that!
The only thing lacking (asof 2:30pm) is buyers (due to general mkt conditions?). But there is an absence of sellers!
This should be interesting.
