russian free fall... just checked bloomberg... ruble may devalue up to 50% to help oil co's .... screw that 30% drop.... the black market willl hit that 50% by today.... he's (chubais) also trying to come up with solutions so that all co's can pay debt... that could easily include moratoriums on debt pymnts.... pooops hittin the fan... oh yeah..
