Joe and ALL, This is a response I got back from Dan concerning getting a copy of the video tape from the annual shareholders meeting: Dear James, I wanted to respond to your request for tapes of DCI's annual meeting of July 30, 1998. After reviewing the master, we have determined that it is not of high quality and will not be offering it to the public. If your friends have questions about what transpired, please direct them to InvestorRelations@dcic.com and we will do our best to answer them. Thank you for your support of DCI Telecommunications. Sincerely, Dan Murphy I also called Dan to follow up on this to see if it might be possible to still get copies regardless of the quality, but apparently it just didn't come out well enough to even justify making copies. Dan indicated that he will be available to answer any questions that investors might have concerning what happened at the meeting. James
