I wasn't thinking in terms of "overall world market disaster." Serious, significant changes in markets need not require such an extreme...A reassessment, a change in emphasis by investors, simply based on new information (events unfolding) would be enough.

More often, it is the broken shoelace (or nail...:) that causes one to act differently, not the major crisis.
