If you have somebody working for you, and control over their job, then it's a problem as you stated. I don't think that Monica had a boss/worker relationship with Clinton, and I would even go as far to say that the evidence seems to suggest that she was just as much an "initiator" as B.C. I figure, she's waiting to cash in on the movie and book royalties as soon as she can. PLUS, I don't know if this is true yet, but somebody told me yesterday, that Monica was offended because Bill characterized the relationship as one-way gratification, instead of 2-way.
