You are too close to distressed economies in Asia and not close enough to healthy economies in US.
Yes, Asia has and will have a major effect on earnings for many corporations but the long term benefits of cheap and, dare I say, desperate labor in Asia will be a major positive for US corporate earnings.
We are reaching a selective stage in US equities. My theory? Select them. Be an investor. Stop trading.

I have waited almost 2 years for the opportunity to buy selected equities at a discount. The time is now.
If you truly believe Veeco is a $80-$90-$100 stock over the next few years, then WTF you doing on the sidelines?
