Again, you're confusing legality with truth. Notice I didn't say Clinton committed perjury, only that he lied. Do you really believe that he couldn't remember being alone with Monica? He admits to a relationship, but doesn't remember being alone with her? Come on - you can't really believe that!!

Of course, Reagan really COULDN'T remember.

Its not a slam on Alzheimer's - just an observation that maybe Reagan had been suffering from the disease while in office.
