Its shows relativity.
I believe he may have lied and under oath, but I would not indict or convict.
The case would be thrown out based on illegal evidence being the foundation of the investigation.

Whether Clinton lied is not the real question - we all know he did.

If one doesn't have a point of reference or history to help frame events, today's events can seem chaotic and random.

Having a point of reference enables us to understand more about what is going on around us, hence the references to scandals in other administrations.

Exloring history also has a stabilizing effect by knowing that what we/you are going through others in the past have also experienced.

With that in mind, this scandal pales in comparison to those points of reference.
