Relax, Im not scolding you, I just wanted you to expand on your comment.
I myself can see how he might acquire the mall for a stake in the future prospects of the company to generate a positive cash flow.
Like you said".. most chinese businessmen are pretty astute....."

I don't think that you are off base at all.. in fact, you have touched on the main reason that I am confident in TNRG and its management.

Most businessmen in China are very astute and would not "give up" a $5M revenue stream without assurances that the stock being offered was actually worth the convertible debenture price. No seller of the shopping mall would agree to take stock as payment without seeing the balance sheets of TNRG.. they must have liked what they saw and were convinced that the strike price offered was attainable..

I feel very confident in the management of TNRG.. he (Tilton)has not fallen down on any of the promises he has made... I think once we see financials in September we will see much higher prices for the stock - until then it will be difficult to attract new investors..
