To the "thread,"

I have received an answer from Liz Sharp on why TFS decided not to do a conference call on the most recent announcement.

Although I believe it would be unfair and unethical for me to publish her email to me, I can sum it up in a brief sentence:

Management of TFS believes that the press release adequately explains the relevant business factors that had to be communicated, and it also believes that TFS is small enough that individual shareholder questions can be handled on phone calls made to the company.

That suggests to me that shareholders are welcome to call the company to voice their agreement or displeasure with the approach. I guess they still don't get it. Communication requires *MORE* effort, not less.

Interesting. Very interesting.
