>>I am long on this stock. I do believe that they have a great product. I have kids and I hate the juice boxes that constantly spill while a straw is being inserted. TCBG's product solves this problem.<<

I have no problem with any of that. I'm long, too, because it seems to me that there's a non-zero probability that TCBG may become a "real" company (real revenues, real earnings, etc.) However, I've read this entire thread more than once and still find a few issues that fail the smell test. e.g.

1. Who was TCBG's underwriter at the IPO? (This alone speaks volumes about a BB company).
2. Why are there approximately four times as many shares of common stock authorized as are in the float? (This is a major red flag - after you pump, you gotta have something to dump).
3. Are the approximately 75% of the authorized common shares not in the float all treasury stock? If not, what are they?
4. Who's on TCBG's board? Any outside directors, or all insiders?
5. How did TCBG use the proceeds of the IPO? $~30 million is a significant amount of cash to burn when you have no payroll to speak of, no facilities, no equipment, no balance sheet at all in fact.
6. Why are there no published financial statements for TCBG of any kind? I'd take unaudited statements over no statements at all.
7. Has anyone on the thread touched a Volpak machine?
8. Has anyone on the thread done any due diligence at all on TCBG's principals - Darmstadter, etc?
9. Why have the initial TCBG advocates mostly gone quiet? Anyone in at a 1/2 has already had a triple, remember.

If anyone has addressed these questions in their DD, I'd much appreciate your insights. I trust no-one sees this post as bashing - I'd actually like to find a good reason to add to my TCBG holdings, but have reached my risk/reward threshold for data currently available.
