because they are developing Internet-based solutions to replace or join PC-based ones. was the statement.

And if you want to go back just one quarter ago, the origional banks systems were not able to scale to large number of customers. So the fact is if they are into getting to the web with scalible systems, they will be able to scale...when they scale/we scale.
