I agree. I was just going to write to you because I saw your post re:daytrading today...glad you haven't ... one thing I have learned is not to trade Dell on a majorly down Dow day when Dell is at or near an all time high...it wouldn't have been the end of the world though if you could hold it for a day or more...you never lose. BTW, I did some calculations last night and realized that if I never day traded Dell, just kept the original shares I bought at the end of May (avg price 90 1/2), I would be ahead just as much as I have been keeping both a long term position (paper gains) plus real gains from day trading...but in a sense the gains realized by day trading lessens the risk of holding only (in this nutty market, no reflection on Dell).

Then again, Kemble's blood pressure is probably a lot lower than mine!
