I wish I could share in all you guy's optimism but todays picture looks like this: the top two presidents of the worlds biggest nuclear arsenal are facing resignation, Russia's top two banks are facing imminent default that will hit Germany HARD, China is on the brink of devaluation which will totally destabilize the whole far east and will affect the west significantly, and the world is bracing for rampant terrorism. Good luck, you're gonna need it. Im out at 47 like I said a couple of days ago and Im not looking to get back in anytime soon. The whole world is going to sh*t. I think we should get back to Monica-gate, now THAT's important!!!

OT 8/21/98 Silverstein/Johnson (BARS) very bullish 3-page report on NN. Reit buy. I read this pdf file (can't copy) via Professional Edge/ETrade. Entitled "Moving Forward. More Signposts on the Road." FY98 .67, FY99 .86, and FY00 1.32. 8/25/98 quarter .15 on $295M revenues. Key points: -$400M revenues for 2 LMCS contracts over next 4 years -1st major LMCS/LMDS contract. NN in favorable position to win its fair share of this market. Represents "significant incremental revenues for ATM multiservice vendors over next 12-18 months -LMCS/LMDS awards testify to the value of NN affiliates program -Believe awards are 1st of a "number of substantial service provider awards" in the next 30-90 days after the 8/25/98 earnings report -Believes NN will "at least" match .14 EPS estimate and will have "positive business outlook on the call." -Lengthy paragraph says Canadian dollar has "virtually no impact" on NN's net income and EPS. 7-8% of total revenues from Canada. -* Sees NN in similar situation to ASND in 11/97 and will have the same success as ASND in the last 12 months. [Note: ASND went from $25 to $50]. -Sees NN as a potential acquisition candidate in 9-18 months after successful turnaround. -Very positive about Lutz
