I sent Bob Dinning an e-mail and he responded with the following:
=================================================================
In reply to your note, there should be some announcements out next week,
business is proceeding and we are happy with our progress, although we,
like Hillary, are not amused (with stock price here)

Web site should be up monday or tuesday - all arrangements made. Sorry for
delay.

Financing not confirmed yet but discussions are active. We are not
discouraged.

Bakersfield will in future be a custom milling centre, not a speculative
producer of product. We need to control our costs there better.

Yes, we are enthusiastic about the future, we are proceeding nicely on
rubber and sludge, which are both very large market items.

Our sale of a machine to California is due to be shipped around the middle
of September.

Let me know if there are other items I can address for you.

Thanks

Robert Dinning
