Snook had been with the company since 1989. Before Bull, Snook spent 19 years in management positions with ICL-U.K. His responsibilities included support of third-party channels and partnerships, and five years as manager of ICL's U.K. retail center. While managing the Center, Snook was instrumental in helping ICL establish itself as the U.K.'s primary in-store system supplier to the retail sector.
