The Wash Post reported yesterday the report to congress will be only about Monica. The rest of the report to the 3 judge panel on the other areas won't be out for a long time (and nobody will care by then). I, for one, will be very disappointed if this turns out to be true, even if it results in his impeachment.

Last I heard the Starr report is over 500 pages with Lewinsky matter starting at around page 400. I believe the report will be devastating to the Clintons, but if the "only" provable crimes involve perjury and obstruction of justice, I'll take it. This report will not show what is provable at all -- remember that in grand juries, only evidence favorable to the prosecution is presented. We haven't seen any of the defense material yet. The report will only show what might be provable under Starr's theory of the case, which itself may be pretty laughable.
