Absolutely. At these levels it would be more appropriate to acquire with cash. That was my point: using cash to buy back their own stock means less cash available to acquire other targets.

they can maybe buyback some shares and with that 1.2bill$ could they use that ???

Whether they are or not using the 1.2B to buy back their own shares, they can use it for that and they want the shorts to know it.
