in reply to someones post

"The market is not taking this stock down. FNTN is taking itself down."

nasdaq down 3% dell down 6% after killing estimates and declaring split

"Business stops because the CEO has a cold?"

Who said business has stopped?

"The move from .60 to 2.00 was based on a web site that is not as impressive as Kevin's. "

kevin has a great site but i think fntn has a huge database of information

"Revenue promises? Nothing yet"

we will get revenue announcements when we get customers when intranet is announced

"Empire Financial Group? Terrible customer satisfaction!"

empire pays us cash for services, not their customers

"Financials? For a company of this size - it doesn't take this long."

this is a start-up company. how many times have you dealt with SEC auditors?

"Contact reports from management? Are they real?"

call for yourself and tell us what they tell you.

"Proprietary Product? You must be kidding!"

Are you saying that they are lying about proprietary content?

"It was a fun ride. But still it is a BB Stock because the market puts the value this stock."

yes this is a BB stock

if i didn't know any better your post sounds like a post to play on emotions and not facts

Good Luck to you too, hope you find a better stock to move your money into....why haven't u posted on any other board?

Craig, I don't know what your background is regarding technical difficulties and software development but from the bases of your post I will try to help you.

Websites, yes I agree, are very easy to create and put on the WWW. I run three on the side for fun. The COTS products are cheap and help anybody create a website in minutes. But you have to understand what FNTN is doing on their website is more than just a site like Kevin has developed. Reasons below.

1.) They are managing what is called client/server. People establish accounts on this website. I as the client have an account to pull up my own personal portfolio from the server. This entails more than just HTML code, this throws everything in the book at it!! (Database, CGI, JAVA, etc....). On the server side alone they have to develop code to handle the constant stream of stocks and their prices. This doesn't include the code alone to serve up my requested portfolio.

2.) Also, who knows, the planned electrical shutdown might be because they are putting in place a backup power source. We don't know. I work at a NASA facility it is not uncommon for the facility managers to come and say they will take the power down. I agree they can't afford to be down, but if my memory serves right didn't they just have this building built or remodeled. At least they gave a forewarning and that is what counts.

No Flame intended. But until you have worn the shoes of a software developer or systems administrator I think you are making very irrational and hasty statements.

JMO

Regards,

Greg Hodges

Craig,

I was out most of the morning and afternoon. I just read your post.

First off, thank you very much for the comparison. I'm flattered. The others have correctly explained how different my very simple web site is to one such as FNTN's, which has it's own database and allows the viewer to send information back to FNTN.

Mine really is a couple "borrowed" graphics and a bunch of links to other sites.

Aside from that. I have some of the same questions/concerns that you do. I will definitely ask MS:

(1) Do you have any proprietary software or services? What are they?

(2) Do you currently have revenues and from how many sources? Approximately how much revenue (I know he can't answer this, but I can ask)

(3) Why do you have to shut down the web site when your office power goes down. I know this happens, especially in new companies, but I was under the impression that FNTN had their site on a remote host. Either way, I'm not too concerned, personally, because I don't think much of their revenue will come from the public web site.

I'm too, am anxious for the audit to be completed. I don't know how long that should take. I am positive MS won't tell me anything that isn't already public on this regard.

I'll ask these question assuming I get some time with MS.

Thanks again for the compliment,

Kevin
