Bovespa reopened at 1:00...down 9.6%.

Doc, Fink also stated Brazil is next...far from reality. We'd have to see Hong Kong, China or Japan go first IMO. Fink fits right in with the other nasty loonies over there. Admittedly the shorts called this one, but they sure have a nasty demeanor. Almost unhuman...or do they actually reflect basic human nature.

NO!!! they have not devalued - they are saying that they will allow the currency to trade freely within the current managed band (meaning they will not intervene until it goes to the band's limit). If you ask me this will simply fuel the speculators. A line has been drawn in the sand.
