I don't use them no more, but about two years ago, when I called to complain that at/above ask order was not executed for 1/2 hour, the guy told me they call orders from Boston to AMEX or Philly on the phone, and then a runner is supposed to walk to the trader and give him the order, and they won't call to check if the runner is there, but, as a special favor to me, they may call in 10 min if nothing happened. I don't use them no more. -g- PS. other discount brokers are not great with options either.
