Gail, TLAB is not quite big enough to "takeover" ASND. It would have to be more a merger of equals. But its not gonna happen. TLAB was obviously overextended trying to make a $7B acquisition of CIEN. And it looks like they didn't perform the necessary DD. I would think they will either still buy CIEN, for a much lower price, or be very gunshy now for awhile on any kind of acquistion. Question is, is TLAB now a screaming buy? Their fundamentals have not changed at all though all this, yet there stock is down from 90 to under 60. Gary
