My "Vivid Imagination" thought the same thing this morning.

IMO, CUBE wants to make the investment community aware of Divi, who knows, Maybe a spinoff is in the works. It would help us IMO.
Even if they don't do an IPO, maybe it gets them loose from the chip sector somewhat.

I really don't see the advantage to CUBE to spin off Divi, CUBE has plenty of cash now anyway. Shareholder advantage could do well tho.

One other thing, CUBE did NOT spend $34 million buying back debt for no reason. What is in store I don't know, but I sorta promise that something is.
