There has been another press release from TFS.

The company has reinstituted its share repurchase program. Regular thread readers will recall that the company announced a one million share buyback some time ago. To the best of my recollection, approximately 30,000 common shares were actually bought under that buyback.

I do not know the legal restraints on the company vis-a-vis timing of the repurchases, *IF* made. The last go-round, a 48 hour delay was required before the company was in the marketplace.

Whether a similar requirement exists for the reopening of an old authorization isn't clear to me.

It pays to note that though the company had ample opportunity to purchase shares the last time, it chose not to do so. Remember, it now has significant capital requirements in China, some unusually heavy inventory levels with concomitant financing issues, and one has to wonder whether they are actually serious or simply waving the flag.

It has long been my view that the *last* time they were waving the flag.

We will see what the next few days brings.

Have a good day.
