My opinion is: international uncertainty will bid up U.S. Bonds and the resultant decline in market interest rates will power equities towards a new high sometime this year.

First, US equities and treasury's have been inversely correlated for quite a while.

Second, I do not recall a year when the stock market made another high in the fall.

This looks like a garden-variety (20-25% bear market to me. I am betting that we'll have a counter-rally, followed by another leg down sometime in October.
