Assuming when a conservative is accused it's a fact. Thomas was ACCUSED not convicted of saying something dirty to a woman who followed him around like a puppydog for 8 years from job to job, nothing more. Saying something dirty is not a crime, just like screwing a bimbo is not a crime. Lying under oath is. Remember the weeping candlelight vigils of the NOW crowd with banners saying "we believe you Anita, we believe you". Where are the screaming mobs of Feminists now, storming the Whitehouse like the villagers in some old Frankenstein movie? What about Ms Wiley? She was groped by Bill, or so she said. That was good enough for you when Anita made claims about Clarence Thomas. It's simple, if a conservative is accused it's an moral outrage. A conservative "must be above the appearance of wrong doing", remember that old favorite liberal rallying cry? If a Liberal is accused and the accusation is proven true, well you'll find some way to excuse it because that's the way liberal ethics (an oximoron?) work. Only conservatives have to meet your standards, they only apply to the other side, not to you because you're on a higher plain and shouldn't be judged. It's this kind of hypocrisy that exposes the left for what they have become. EP

Thomas was the top govermental official for sexual harrassment at the time of his accused offense! Clinton was the top governmental state official when the event to which Paula Jones objected to was alleged to occur and was the top governmental official period when he lied in the deposition.
