What the hell is ballon help anyway? I'm pretty literate in the Wintel world, and I was trying to show my daughter how to use her new iMac. I could not figure out 'ballon help' for the life of me, and the documentation with the iMac is dismal. I did finally get her into the tutor program, which she found boring.

C'mon, Alomex, is that the best you can come up with? Ian has you dead bang on both QuickTime and Firewire, Apple invented both within the last ten years.
