One more percentage point and the 28% figure would be as close to 1/3 as it would be to 1/4. Excuse me. 1.3333333 more percentage points. And as long as we're nit-picking, look back if you will on my original post, and you will see that I said ALMOST 1/3. So is 28% almost 1/3 or is it merely almost almost 1/3? Andrew
