Where did you learn your law, San Jose State? Guffaw! It really takes very little to goad the idiots on this thread into making stupid accusations that they can't back up. NO, BOB, you can't prosecute Hillary Clinton anywhere except in the District of Columbia. Federal crimes are prosecuted in the jurisdiction where they occurred. Therefore, there are two logical places to prosecute Hillary: Little Rock (where Whitewater is) and Washington (where the Clintons obstructed justice and/or lied). The Little Rock grand jury closed down without issuing an indictment of the First Lady. That leaves Washington where the Grand Jury is still convened. Tim McVeigh was a special case because the notoriety of the crime, the judge ordered the case moved to Denver. Next time, don't leave your fat a-- hanging out like that, it might get spanked!
