John, wasn't Hubbell given a temporary "reprieve" from the courts as it relates to the income tax evasion fraud? I thought the court said that his "immunity agreement" was violated. Starr is appealing that decision. bp

I apologize, I did not mean to imply that I was responding to your mistakes and falsities. In fact, I've found you one of the more credible foes on this thread. As for my statements in that post, I don't think that anything I said was wrong; incomplete, maybe. My point was that all indications are that Starr does not have a good case on Whitewater and he does not have the leverage to get more out of Susan, Webb, and James to make a complete case. And conjoining the Little Rock and Pepperdine point, I meant that both of those are indications that he's folding up the tent, not that they occurred contemporaneously. Okay?
