Ledoux stands behind the higher 97 numbers and doesn't stand for the lower 98 numbers and that report is the underlying problem or what ever you want to call it. I know this must be a joke....but I still don't get it and I know it's there... so all I can do is laugh and not cry or explode when someone tries to explain this underlying derivative or what ever you want to call it..
