It is when a stock makes a new low ON VOLUME and then turns around and finishes up for the day.. It implies that the stock is sold out .

Sam, that's when bargain hunters smell sell off profits and take advantage of PANIC, with a 20% or more profit during "intraday".
Hey Sam just kidding around, I just could not resist, there's no TA knowledge in my head unless TA stands for "Totally Absent" ;^)
