David, Ciena deal was what caused a lot of tlab recent sell off. I believe deal at the very least will be restructured and possibly terminated. From what I have read about Ciena, I think they are only worth a fraction of what Tlab offered. Hopefully, Tlab can recover now, but I am not very encouraged. I expected a much bigger rise in Tlab because of short covering from arbitrage positions today. At least, it is up in a down market. Note it was down over 2 points before the halt and last I checked is now around 60. Good luck to all.

Given today's action CIEN has pulled SFE down as TLAB continues to bob up and down. The $263 mm SFE received for CCSC is now down to to $203 mm. Then agin, there was a premiuim of something like 40% paid at acquisition, so we're treading water.
