To the thread, if there is a G-7 deal to help Russia over the weekend, any predictions on how much TBH/TBR will go up? I have no specific info -- just a feeling. Clinton is visiting Moscow on 9/1-9/3 and I just can't see the US/G-7 letting Russia fail. Maybe a deal with the Communists/Duma to have Yeltsin resign in exchange for economic reforms. I've read estimates that the Western countries have saved about $1 trillion due to the end of the Cold War, e..g, reduced military spending, collapsed commodity/oil prices due to the extra supply from ex-Communist areas, etc.

Doc, my 2:00 indicator came to be sometime in the last year and pertains to the US markets (which of course most often affect Brazil). The pattern I started noticing some time ago is that quite often, moves right around the 2:00 hour dictated the end of day bias. Has certainly been defeated, but this was a distinct pattern for a period of time.

Although even I have to admit the extreme unlikelyhood of an up close, David and I have seen stranger things happen with this stock.

Wishfull thinking as always. If we see the volume start to pop, the squeeze could be on.

Doc, going away for a while...probably a week. Trying to delegate my duties. Besides a plea to help fill the news void and maintain a history of this event, I need someone to take Fink watch. I don't post generally on Yahoo anymore, but I did intervene today as he was posting bogus information. Sounds like we may not have to worry about speculative attacks here (can ya tell I need the vacation) as it sounds like SI has reduced trial member capabilities to a few private messages a day.

I can count on ya here, right DOC?
