I have urged Jeff B. to implement the announced share buyback.

The reasons are: (i) The share price is approaching book value, and the company has going concern value which is not reflected in the current price of the shares (it is simply a good deal); (ii) The company has the capital resources to do it without impacting ability to execute any current plans; (iii) The shareholders who intend to stay need it and will appreciate some support under the stock.

Mostly the latter. I have not sold any shares of TFS recently, but could sure use some of the value restored into the price. This is not the end of the world, but it has been gut-wrenching, literally.
