OT RE: Less sick country I do not claim the country I come from is less sick that this one, but I agree with you that no decent man would answer such a question. Nor would he have to! My lawyer, who is 6' 6" -- 365 lbs, obviously mentally unbalanced, presumably armed and very dangerous, would object to the question on grounds of relevance and I would not answer it. We would then spend a lot of time waltzing back and forth to the judge, and the other guys would run out of money, because by lawyer is very cheap. No judge is going to order a man to answer that question under protest unless the woman in question is the plaintiff or unless the answer is pivotal to the principal issue of the case (i.e. not a gratuitous perjury trap.) He would be reversed if he did.
