Good luck to you, Curtis. TLAB's a great company, and if this deal falls through entirely it'll be trading in the 70s in no time. I have only one hard-and-fast sell rule: sell small companies at the first sign of trouble. So far this year, that's worked for me on CIEN, AFCI, CLST, PAIR and god knows what else. It's saved me a fortune.

I knew CIEN had working 40-channel units shipping now, but does LU? Or did they scrap that to provide 80-channel vaporware?

As former-T employee, T may have spun LU off, but strongly feel those RELATIONSHIPS are still there. I can't help but believe there's more to this story. I also agree that fundamental reasons for the merger remain the same, and as long TLAB holder/accumulator, picking up CIEN at renegotiated smaller price would really make me smile :)
