Hauppauge Digital stock begins Nasdaq trade
HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Aug 21 (Reuters) - Hauppauge Digital Inc., a designer and marketer of digital video products for personal computers, said Friday its stock has begun trading on the NASDAQ National Market System.
The company's stock had been listed on the NASDAQ Small Cap Market since its January 1995 initial public offering, it said in a statement.

The company will retain its HAUP stock symbol.

As a result of the move to the NASDAQ National Market, the company was required to delist itself from the Boston Stock Exchange.
