not cranky at all. Remember I'm a bond trader, we can always find a way to profit off of other people's misery. And today has been a pretty miserable day for most people which means I'm buying drinks tonight. So if anything I am not cranky but a bit more cocky than usual, if thats possible. Re your statement. It is perhaps legally accurate that you did not use the phrase real estate company however I contend the phrase Naxos is not currently describing itself as engaged in research and development of anything save real estate implies exactly that. Who else but a real estate company would describe itself as being involved in the research and development of real estate? If the meaning was anything other than that it is completely incomprehensible. So there is nothing silly about it as that is what those words mean.
