Addi: Your math on the Price:Sales ratio is wrong. If you include Symbios, the Price to Sales ratio is closer to 1.1 to 1. In the past two years I scored a huge 4-bagger on Michael's Stores, which sells home craft supplies. It had comparable figures at its nadir. Of course "Ready to paint Pinatas" are more high-tech.

Addi:
And figure in LSI thought Symbios was worth $5.50 per each LSI share to buy. So exactly where is this 5.50 priced into the LSI stock at 15?

LSI stock 15 less 5.50 paid for Symbios = 9.50 value of the "old LSI"

Symbios (760million paid divided by 140 million LSI shares = 5.50)
