Tonto, this transfer agent is electronic and will be able to handle the flow work that is about to happen. The last one was a temp to get to the current agent.

I didn't ask the Transfer agent for details. All I know is that since June, the outstanding shares went from 53 million to 70 million shares. Why did they increase the outstanding by 17 million shares in such a short period of time? See, I personally didn't like that aspect of whatever they are attempting to do. The spread does point to either a lowish float or a small amount of MM's on this. If the "short squeeze" works, I will bring this method to the CEO of QTNT who only has 8 million outstanding and 2 mil float. Or a market cap of a mere $1.3 million today. I don't like any printing press that cranks out 17 million more shares in a 2-3 month period. And whenever a situation gets uncomfortable for me, I sell. -DavidCG
