Ok, I also understand from the news release that the company will retire 53 million shares... that's just great.

BUT, we have 69.9 million shares outstanding today.

As confirmed by the transfer agent today.

(to answer someone's questions, she said they officially started transfer agent duties today for AZNT).

Now my only question is , ok, AZNT retires 53 million into the prefered. What about the 17 million difference (bringing the total to 69.9 million)?

Who knows, maybe you'll convince me to repurchase AZNT.

But not until you tell me about these 17 million NEW shares they printed in the last three months.

What happens to them? and why were they printed?
